I made some slight changes, primarily to the colors that you chose for text in an active window and the message box. I found that the gray color on top of a black background didn't have a high enough contrast for my personal tastes and caused some weird issues in the latest Firefox (but not in Chrome). I changed these text colors to a red shade in keeping with your theme and so far all seems well.
